Artist Profile: Anthony N. Biancoviso  ANTHONY N. BIANCOVISO, CERAMIC ARTIST Anthony Biancoviso has been making wheel-thrown pottery for more than 40 years. The work is influenced by Asian aesthetics, utilizing ancient low-firing finishing techniques. His forms are classic to contemporary, and functional to sculptural. Anthony has taken workshops from prominent master potters, and taught pottery in NYC. His work has shown in local galleries, juried art exhibitions, craft shows, and retail stores. He maintains a studio/gallery at his home in Barryville, NY. He is a founding member of The Barryville Area Arts Association in Barryville, NY.
